Our foldable tilting street light poles are made from high-quality steel, commonly using high-strength materials such as Q235 and Q355. These materials provide excellent mechanical performance and load-bearing capacity. The pole structure is solid and wind-resistant, capable of withstanding long-term outdoor environments and providing reliable support for lighting systems.

In terms of welding, both the pole body and the folding mechanism are manufactured using automated longitudinal submerged arc welding or gas-shielded welding. The welds are smooth, full, and highly durable, minimizing the risk of cracking. All hinge points and load-bearing sections undergo strict inspection to ensure stable and safe performance even after repeated folding operations.

The anti-corrosion treatment uses a hot-dip galvanizing process, forming a uniform and dense zinc coating that effectively resists rain, humidity, acids, alkalis, and salt spray in harsh environments. Upon request, post-galvanizing powder coating or painting can be applied to enhance both appearance and long-term weather resistance.

The key advantage of the foldable tilting street light pole lies in its fold-down structural design. Through a base hinge system or a manual/electric tilting mechanism, the pole can be easily lowered to the ground, making routine maintenance, component replacement, or cleaning much more convenient. This eliminates the need for aerial lift trucks or personnel climbing, significantly improving safety and maintenance efficiency—especially in areas where manual access is difficult or space is limited.
