Product Description
Our octagonal light poles are made from high-strength steel (commonly Q235, Q355, Q420, etc.), offering excellent mechanical performance and stability. This ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity and wind resistance for long-term outdoor use. Through precise plate bending and forming processes, the pole features a straight, elegant structure with smooth, refined lines.
In terms of welding, the poles utilize fully automatic longitudinal submerged arc welding or gas-shielded welding. The welds are full, smooth, and free from defects such as porosity or incomplete fusion, and the welding strength meets national and industry standards. All welded joints undergo strict inspection to ensure structural safety and reliability.
To enhance durability, the entire pole surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, forming a uniform and dense zinc coating that effectively resists moisture, salt spray, UV exposure, and other harsh environmental factors. This provides long-lasting corrosion protection. Upon request, we also offer post-galvanizing powder coating to further improve appearance and corrosion resistance.
