Product Description
Huijun Lighting’s traffic signal poles are manufactured using high-strength, premium-grade steel as the main structural material. Common options include Q235 or Q355 carbon structural steel (customers may specify other steel grades). The poles are produced through CNC cutting, automatic rolling and forming, and precision welding processes. This ensures high material strength, excellent toughness, and stable load-bearing and wind-resistance performance under long-term outdoor conditions.
The surface structure of the pole is rigorously processed. The main pole is typically designed in a conical or polygonal steel tube structure, formed through full-length welding to ensure overall rigidity and durability. All weld seams undergo ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection to ensure firm, defect-free welding. All connecting components—such as flanges, reinforcing ribs, and mounting brackets—are made from steel of the same grade, providing consistent strength, durability, and safety across the entire structure.
To enhance corrosion resistance in outdoor environments, the traffic signal pole uses a hot-dip galvanizing + powder coating dual-layer anti-corrosion process. The pole undergoes pickling, rust removal, and phosphating treatment before being fully hot-dip galvanized (in accordance with GB/T 13912 standards). The zinc layer is uniform and strongly bonded, effectively preventing rust, oxidation, and moisture corrosion. A subsequent electrostatic powder-coating layer provides additional weather resistance and can be customized in various colors according to project needs, improving both appearance and long-term corrosion protection.
With high-quality material selection and advanced anti-corrosion treatment, the overall service life of the pole can reach over 20 years. It is suitable for urban roads, expressways, intersections, industrial parks, and various other traffic-control scenarios, offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, strong wind stability, and long-term operational reliability.
